Is Javid Mission High School in Falaknuma English medium in the early classes?

There's a chance my hospital work shifts to the old city side next year. With on-call nights, living close to work would matter a lot, so we have started looking at that area. Our younger son starts class 1 next June. The older one is a separate conversation. Javid Mission High School came up when I asked a colleague. Is it English medium in the primary classes, which second language do they start with, and do they take class 1 children from outside preschools? Anything else parents there think is worth knowing would help too.

    Do not know this school. For class 1 I would ask about two things first, the medium and the second language. At that age those decide more than anything else. And visit on a working day, not a Saturday, so you see the real thing.

    How firm is the work move? I wouldn't shortlist schools until the job is signed. Too many variables otherwise.

      As another doctor: these moves have a way of slipping by six months. Shortlist, yes. Forms, no.

    Falaknuma side has a few long-standing schools, and the people there will happily tell you their opinions :) Go at home time, wait outside and chat with a couple of parents. You'll learn more in ten minutes than from any website.

      Seconding the gate idea. Questions about homework and Saturdays get honest answers. Questions like "how good is it" don't.
