How many separate payment circulars does Sri Chaitanya CBSE in Hayathnagar send in a year?

Our son is 6. This year at his current school a payment circular has come home almost every month: an annual day costume, a field trip, a club that was 'optional', a sports day T-shirt. None of them big. Added up in September, it came to a lot more than I'd planned for. A few families from his class are looking at Sri Chaitanya's CBSE school in Hayathnagar for next year, so it's on our list as well. The fee sheet any school hands you only shows the start of the year. What I'd like to hear from parents already there is the middle of the year: roughly how often do these circulars come, and was there anything you were billed for that you didn't see coming?

    When my grandson's parents compared two schools, the thing they missed was books and uniform: whether they go through the school or can be bought outside, and how often the uniform changes. Small per item, adds up over the years.

    Ask for last year's circulars about extra payments, not only this year's fee sheet. That shows what came up during the year. Also ask whether transport is charged for ten months or twelve.

      Asked for exactly this at our son's school during renewal last year. They gave a printed list of the previous year's extras without any fuss, and it made the comparison so much easier ❤️
