How early do Delhi School of Excellence parents get the year's calendar? I travel a lot for work

Looking at Delhi School of Excellence in Banjara Hills for our daughter's LKG next year, along with a couple of others. She's 3 and at a playschool near Tellapur right now. My job has a lot of customer demos, some outstation, and they get fixed weeks ahead. With the playschool I've missed two events because the dates came out four days before. For anyone with kids there: does the school share PTMs, annual day and holidays at the start of the year, and do those dates mostly hold? It's one of the things I'm comparing schools on.

Not at that school, but on the general question: ours gives out a calendar in June and maybe two thirds of it holds. Holidays stay put. Events move, usually by a week, with a circular a few days before. I've stopped planning travel around the event dates and keep the week around each one light where I can.

  Son's preschool and daughter's daycare both shifted dates at least three times last year. Keeping that week light is what we ended up doing too. Nothing else held.

Unless a current parent answers, anything you get here about that school's calendar is second-hand. If you visit, stand at the gate at pickup and ask a couple of parents how often dates moved last year. Two minutes of that gives you a picture rather than a promise.
