Handover notes for the nanny keep getting skimmed

Daughter is 10 months. We have a nanny for her and a helper who does the cooking, and small changes keep getting lost between them. New food started, nap moved by half an hour, the doctor said stop the vitamin drops after Friday. I write it all in one long note and I can see nobody reads past the first few lines. Anyone found a shorter way? Thinking of a small whiteboard in the kitchen, three lines for the day and that's it. Amma says just tell them twice 🙂
