Our daughter played football at school until the girls' team quietly fizzled out last year, and she misses it more than she lets on. She'd like to join something outside school, ideally a proper group of girls her age rather than being the only girl in a boys' batch. Is there anything like that near Miyapur, Chandanagar or Kondapur? Evenings after 5 or weekends. She's not looking to compete seriously, just to play regularly again ❤️
can't help with clubs on that side. but the turf grounds near us rent by the hour. if she can round up eight or ten friends they could book one every weekend and skip the academy part entirely
Our girl's school has a team, but outside school we've found the same thing you're describing: most academies have one girls' batch, if any, at 6 am. If you find an evening one please post it here. We're in Secunderabad, nowhere near you, but I'd still like to know these exist 🙂
mine tried two academies around kondapur last year. both had girls, both put them in with the 11 year olds because of 'skill level'. she lasted a month. ask to watch a session before paying anything
