First lunch out with our 3 month old. What time of day worked for you?

We tried a Sunday lunch at a restaurant near home in Miyapur. He slept the whole drive, woke up the second the menus arrived, and we ate in shifts while walking him round the parking lot. Partner says next time we go at 11.30, when he usually naps. I think it's the noise and he'll be up whenever we go. Was there a time of day or kind of place that worked with yours at this age, or do we accept takeaway for a few more months?

Go right after a feed, not around a nap. A full baby puts up with noise better than a tired one. And sit near the door, not in the middle. You'll be walking him outside at some point anyway.

Early breakfast places worked best for us, around 8. Empty, quiet, and she was at her happiest then. Lunch with a crowd at 1 never worked once. The parking lot laps are a rite of passage, you're doing fine ❤️
