The 8 pm negotiation sounds exhausting. I'm a long way from this with a 1 year old, but I was the younger sibling growing up, and what I remember helping was getting something that was only mine, like a story with appa while my sister was still up. It made going first feel like a turn rather than being sent away ❤️
