Dental clinics are my customers, and pregnancy has made the clove oil smell unbearable

quiet_piano_9065

I supply dental equipment, so most of my week is clinic visits. Every single clinic smells of clove oil and that disinfectant smell. Since I got pregnant I walk in and want to walk straight back out. Six visits a week, and I can't exactly ask customers to air out the room. A mask with a drop of lemon oil on it helps for about ten minutes. Did workplace smells ease off for you later on, or did you just push through?

mine was the office coffee machine. it eased for me somewhere in the middle months, not fully. i did more calls and fewer visits for a while, if your business can take that

Second pregnancy for us, and my partner's triggers were completely different from the first time. So 'it eases' isn't guaranteed either way. Calls instead of visits is the only part of this you control.
