Caregiver starts Monday and my instructions for her run to three pages

gentle_violin_6447

Going back to work soon and our caregiver starts on Monday, so we get two weeks together first. I sat down tonight to write a few notes. It's three pages. Feeding times, how he likes to be burped, which song works, what to try when he won't nap, which neighbour to call. She has looked after babies for years. I've been doing this for four months. Reading it back, half of it is for me, not for her 🤷 Do I hand over all of it, or cut it to one page and let her find her own way with him?
