Aquarium shop near Financial District that will talk a 10 year old out of buying too many fish?

My son has saved his birthday money for a small fish tank, and he's been reading about it for weeks. I'd like to buy it from someone who will set it up properly with him and explain what the fish need, not sell him eight fish and a castle on day one. Is there a shop near Financial District, Nanakramguda or Gachibowli that does this? And for those who've kept a tank with a child this age, who ended up doing the cleaning?

we got a small tank for my son from a shop on the ameerpet side last year, not close to you but the owner made him come back twice before he'd sell him any fish. very annoying at the time. the fish are still alive. ask if they'll check your tap water first
