Anyone with a class 3 child at Sai Bhoopathy High School in Nagole?

moss_paper_782

My in-laws live near Nagole and already do most of our son's after-school care, because my rota is all over the place. We've started talking about moving to their side from next June so he could walk to them after school. He'd be going into class 3. He's in a CBSE school now, so moving to state board is one of the things we're weighing. Would like to hear from current parents about the school day, the timings and the homework. Is there much outdoor time for the younger classes?

Haven't heard about this school specifically. One thing from what I've seen with cousins' kids: ask how many children move to CBSE later, and in which class, because that tells you what most parents there are planning. Baaki, being close to the nana-nani is worth a lot.

When you go, ask them to walk you through an ordinary class 3 Tuesday, period by period, and how long the lunch break is. At my own school very few parents ask that, and the answer tells you more about pace and homework than the prospectus does.

not a parent there. we're on the habsiguda side and the uppal to nagole stretch in the morning is slow when it rains, so if you move, check the distance to the school, not just to your in-laws
