His six month vaccines are tomorrow morning. Last time he was warm and fussy for a day and a half. Daycare's rule is no fever for 24 hours before they take him back. I'm on call next week, so if he can't go on Monday I need to sort cover by tonight. Did your baby usually manage daycare the next working day after shots?
With our son it varied with the vaccine. Some he slept off in an evening, one left him warm for two days. You could ask the doctor tomorrow which ones he's getting and whether fever is common with those, then decide about Monday. Lining up a backup is never wasted though ❤️ Hope it's a quick one for him.
we always kept the next day free, and most times she was fine and we'd used up a leave for nothing. the one time we didn't plan for it she had fever. so i'd line someone up anyway
