partner wants a fixed routine. bath feed lights off by 8. i'm at client site two days a week and home by 8.30 on those days so either i miss it or it doesn't happen. nanny leaves at 7. some nights he's out at 7.30, some nights 10.30 🤷 is a routine even possible at this age when the adults aren't on one
