Not near you, I'm in Nizampet. But ask your apartment's ironing person. Ours knows two tailors who do quick alterations, and he collects and drops the clothes himself. It has saved me so many trips, because my work timings don't match any shop's.

We're in Nizampet, so a bit closer to that side. Saturday mornings before 10 the roads up there are usually manageable, after that it slows down. Can't help with the school itself, my son is only 4. But I'd go. My shift means I miss most of his evening things and I regret every one.

We had the same with our son's. What helped a little: we did the ceremony itself at home in the morning with only grandparents, and the function for relatives in the evening at a small hall. He slept through half of the second part. It took the fight away because everyone got their event.
