3·11 Aug 2026·on eating out with a 10 month old who won't stay in the high chair. do we just stop for now

Same age here, and the same Sundays. Haha. What has helped a little: we go at 12 or 6.30 when the place is half empty, take a corner table so he can stand on my lap facing the window, and keep two things he only gets in restaurants. A steel spoon and a lid bought us twenty minutes last time. We still eat in shifts some days. It passes, slowly.
