Would you ask about accessible routes before visiting Meridian School?

We are collecting basic questions for Meridian School in Banjara Hills. One thing we need to understand is how easy the entrance and movement between spaces would be for a visiting family member with limited mobility. I do not want to infer accessibility from a photograph or assume that a school has any particular facilities. Is this better asked over the phone first, or during a visit?

    I would phone first so the person you speak to can find out rather than give an answer on the spot.

      That sounds more useful than turning up with an assumption.

    You could describe the particular route you need, not just ask “is it accessible?” That word covers very different things.
