Looking at Aryabatta in Vanasthalipuram for both daughters, 10 and 12. Tuition fee number is easy to find, rest not so much. Bus, clubs, annual day costumes, trips, books... for two kids it adds up fast and I can't compare properly. How did you all estimate the full year for two? Asking them for a complete schedule before we decide, but want to know what to actually ask for

We did this for two children as well. I made a simple sheet with one row per child and columns for tuition, transport, books and uniform, activities, events and trips, and a one-time column for admission charges. Then I asked the school office to fill in every column in writing, and wrote "not charged" where they said nothing. Transport was the biggest surprise for us, because it depended on the stop and not just the distance. Some schools also give a sibling concession on one component and not on others, so ask about that separately. Have you asked whether transport is charged per term or for the full year upfront?
