Which board does Xavier Memorial High School in Moula Ali follow? We may move east next year

Nothing is fixed yet, but there's a fair chance we move east next year, and our daughter would be changing schools. Xavier Memorial High School in Moula Ali came up when I searched, but I can't tell from what's online which board it follows. That matters because she's in a CBSE school now. If your children study there or you've visited, which board is it, and do they run a school bus towards the ECIL side?

We're in Tarnaka and our son is 4, so we've only looked at nursery on that side. Didn't check the board for Xavier, sorry. Which part are you looking at? Moula Ali, ECIL and Malkajgiri look close on a map and are quite different at 8 in the morning.

Probably around ECIL, but it depends on which flat works out. Fair point about the map. I'll do the drive at school time before we decide anything.

A colleague's two went there, long time back. He says proper old-style school 😄 No idea about the board now

Thanks. Old-style meaning strict, or meaning a big ground and not much else?

Also, did he say whether the school buses go towards ECIL?

      Replying to @lemon_tiffin_7349

I'd ask him what he means, because people use it for both. We're looking at class 4 options for my daughter at the moment, and in every conversation so far 'old-style' has meant a fixed timetable, notebooks corrected by hand and fewer activities. That's only what it has meant to the people I've asked, not something I know about this school.

Ask the office for the class 3 book list. The publisher names will tell you the board faster than anyone here can, and they'll usually hand it to a prospective parent. A notebook and the weekly timetable, if they let you see them, cover most of the rest.
