Where do people find second-hand toddler things locally? He outgrows everything in three months

saffron_bookmark_7452

Our son is about a year and a half and has already outgrown the walker, his first ride-on and two pairs of rain boots. I'd rather buy the next round second-hand and pass these on to someone who needs them. Is there a local group or shop people use for this? The resale apps seem to be mostly sellers from across the city.

our society has a hand-me-down shelf in the clubhouse lobby. no rules, you leave things, you take things. half the toddler stuff in our flat came off it. ask your association if they'd start one

ours has one too. my daughter's old trike went there last year and came back to our floor two months later with a new bell on it

Building groups and school-parent groups have worked better for us than any app, because you can look at the thing before you take it. One caution: anything with a buckle or a brake, check it properly. We picked up a ride-on with a cracked base that looked fine until he sat on it.
