When does Pragati Vidya Niketan High School open nursery forms, and how do people find out?

We're hoping to start our daughter in nursery in June next year, and Pragati Vidya Niketan High School in Amberpet is on our list because it is a manageable drive from Domalguda. I have heard three different answers about when forms open, from three different people, none of whom has a child there. Do they put up a notice at the gate, announce it online, or is it mostly word of mouth? I would rather go and ask at the office than rely on parent groups, but I'd like to know roughly when to go.

Going in person is the right call. Speaking as a teacher, most schools put the notice up at the office first and anything online comes later if at all. Office staff will usually tell you the month even if dates aren't fixed. Go on a weekday morning after assembly, not at pickup time when they're swamped

  That's helpful, thank you. Weekday mornings are difficult with my theatre days, but I have a free morning in two weeks. Is it usual to be shown a nursery classroom on a walk-in, or should I not expect that?

  Years ago, with my daughter, the schools we walked into were happy to answer questions at the office but asked us to come back on a set day to see classrooms. That seemed reasonable, they didn't want strangers walking through during lessons. I would ask for the visiting day rather than expect to see a classroom then and there.

  same last month at a couple of schools near tarnaka for our son. office answers questions, classroom visits on fixed days only. one of them gave us a printed sheet saying which month forms usually open, ask if they have something like that

We went through this last year for our daughter, at schools around Gachibowli. Forms opened anywhere between October and January depending on the school. The only reliable method was calling the office every few weeks from September. Not exciting advice, sorry.
