What does Royal Embassy High School need before a caregiver can collect a nursery child?

We are considering Royal Embassy High School in Santosh Nagar for our younger daughter's nursery next June. It is a short drive from LB Nagar, which matters more to us than anything else at this stage. Most days the pickup would be done by our caregiver, since I am out on factory visits until late afternoon. Before we go further I would like to understand how the school handles this for the small classes. Do they ask for an authorisation letter, an ID card for the caregiver, a photograph on file? Are nursery children handed over at the classroom or at the gate? I will put the same questions to the office, of course. But a parent who does this every afternoon would know how it works in practice, which is not always what the form says.
