What changes for children between class 2 and class 3 at Xavier Memorial High School, Moula Ali?

We're putting together a list of schools for our daughter's class 3 next June, and Xavier Memorial in Moula Ali is one of the names that has come up. I don't know anyone with a child there. Prospectus language everywhere is 'holistic' and 'activity-based', which doesn't tell me much. From current or past parents, I'm after the ordinary part. Does the school day get longer in class 3? Do they move to separate subject teachers? How much writing comes home in the evenings, and is there a test week or is it continuous assessment? If anyone moved a child in at class 3 from another school, how did the first few months go?
