Three weeks of clean tiffin boxes, and today I saw where the food goes

saffron_paper_8884

for three weeks i was so pleased. little one's box coming back clean every day, i even told his teacher he's eating well now today i was working from home and watched from the balcony when the van dropped them. little one hands his box to his brother at the gate, big one finishes it on the stairs, box comes in empty. it's an arrangement. they have shaken hands on it. little one says he's too busy playing at lunch. the 13 year old says he's 'helping'. i owe the teacher a correction 🤷

This is excellent. Our daughter is six months old, so I'm reading it as a preview. I admire the efficiency of the arrangement more than I should.

Ayyo 😄 proper business deal. Now I'm looking at my 10 year old very suspiciously, the 4 year old's box has also been coming back clean. Will check tomorrow.

In fairness to your elder one, a 13 year old at 4 pm will eat anything that isn't nailed down. Our son is 14 and finishes whatever is in the fridge before he takes his shoes off. It may be worth packing him a bigger snack. Then the younger one's box has to come home on its own merits.

the brother shook hands on it. that's a contract. you can't interfere now

Update from my side: checked. The 4 year old's box is clean because he is eating it himself. Turns out it's the 10 year old's I should have been watching, he's been swapping his chapatis with a friend for noodles 😄 Different case, same family business.
