Tamil Nadu board class 10, results not out till May. Will CBSE schools here take her for class 11 BiPC?
I was transferred to Hyderabad by the bank last year and we live in Narayanaguda now. My daughter wrote her class 10 exams under the Tamil Nadu state board, and results are expected only in May. She wants BiPC and is serious about NEET. The CBSE schools near us that I've called want the class 10 marksheet and a migration certificate, which we won't have for weeks. One said 'come after results', another said seats may be gone by then. Has anyone moved a child from another state's board into CBSE class 11 here? Do schools give provisional admission on the basis of the hall ticket and school marks? And how hard was the first year? I keep reading that the NCERT science books are quite different from what she has studied.
