SLATE in Abids runs four boards. How is the board picked for a class 1 child?

We are likely to move closer to the centre of the city next year, so I have started reading about schools on that side for our younger daughter, who would be joining class 1. SLATE in Abids lists CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and State Board, and I've never seen that many boards at one school. For parents who have looked at it: do you choose the board at admission, and is it fixed after that? Our older daughter is in an ICSE school, and part of me would like both of them on the same board for simplicity. The other part thinks a five year old's board shouldn't be decided by her sister's homework. I'm also not sure whether the different boards share a building or sit on separate campuses, if anyone knows.

we're in domalguda and have driven past it more times than i can count, but haven't been inside. we're only at the pre-nursery stage ourselves, so i'm interested in the answer too. one practical thing: abids at 8 am is its own sport. if you're moving close, check the exact lane before signing anything.

Thank you. The lane point is fair; we would probably choose the flat after the school, not before. Did you find many pre-nursery options on that side, or is it mostly the bigger schools?
