she's asked me not to come to school pickup in scrubs anymore

11 yr old. i do pickup on the days i'm not in theatre, usually straight from the hospital, so scrubs and crocs. it's never been a thing yesterday in the car she said very politely that i could 'change first, or wait in the car'. apparently two girls in her class laughed at the crocs not offended exactly. bit surprised how fast it went from showing me off to this. is this just what 11 looks like
