Report card says she 'demonstrates leadership'. She organised the class to argue a deadline

Got my daughter's progress report. The comment under personal skills: "demonstrates leadership and confidence in group settings." I asked her what that was about. She led a delegation of nine students to the coordinator to get a design project deadline moved by a week. It worked. I'm not sure whether to be proud.
