Refuses my poha at home, then ate two helpings of the same poha at her friend's house

Our daughter has decided poha is 'yucky'. She said so again this morning and had a banana instead. This afternoon at a friend's place she ate two full helpings of poha, made more or less the way I make it as far as I could tell, and asked for more. Is this simply about eating next to another child, or is there something about how it was served that I should copy? I'd like to know before I attempt it at home again.

nothing from experience, mine is one and eats whatever she finds on the floor 🤷 but my guess is the other kid is the ingredient. food tastes different when someone your size is eating it next to you

That's my guess too. Her friend's mother says hers is the same in reverse, eats everything at ours and nothing at home. We're thinking of a weekly lunch swap, one Saturday at each house.

      Replying to @orchid_drum_5910

lunch swap is a great plan. my older one ate rajma only at his friend's place for a whole year. still won't touch mine 😂
