Raos High School goes up to class 10. Where do the children go after that?

Our son is in an IB school and will stay there. Our daughter isn't one yet, and I know it's early, but I've started noting down schools for her, and Raos High School in Ramachandrapuram came up while we were out on that side one weekend. It's State Board, nursery to class 10. That made me realise I don't know how this usually works here. If a child starts nursery in a school like this, what happens after class 10? Do most families move to an intermediate college for 11 and 12, and is that seen as a natural step or a disruption? I'm asking about the pattern more than the school, since we haven't visited.

Natural step. In Telangana most State Board students move to a junior college for intermediate after 10th, whichever school they were in. It's not considered a disruption. The bigger decision is which stream and which college.

planning class 11 for a baby. respect 😄 but yes, what the other reply said. most of my daughter's friends in state board schools are heading to junior colleges after 10th and nobody treats it as a big change. the arguments in their houses are about which college and how far, not whether to move
