Quiet place near Habsiguda or Tarnaka where a 15 year old can study for a few hours on Sundays?

Daughter is in class 10 and says she can't focus at home on weekends. Fair enough, with festival visitors coming and going and her brother practising the keyboard. She's asked if she can study somewhere outside with one friend. Looking for a reading room, library or study space within 15 min of Habsiguda or Tarnaka. Needs to be quiet, have a clean washroom, and be somewhere I'm ok dropping two girls for 3 to 4 hours. Not a café, she'll spend the whole time people-watching 🤷 Paid is fine if it's reasonable.
