Pre-nursery form asks for a photo of him 'engaged in an activity'

Filling a form for next June. Most of it fine. Then: recent photograph of the child engaged in an activity. Every photo on my phone is him eating, asleep, or climbing the shoe rack. Is the shoe rack an activity. What did people send?
