Playschool form wants one 'primary contact'. We split the week down the middle

Filling in the admission form for our younger one. One line for the primary contact, one for an emergency number. My partner does the morning drop, I do pickup and everything after. Depending on the hour, either of us is the right person to call, and the other one is in a meeting. I wrote both names on the one line. Is that going to annoy someone, or do schools read the form at all?
