Plant nursery around Mehdipatnam where a 4 year old can choose his own seeds and pots?

Our son has decided he wants 'his own garden' on the balcony after his class grew methi in paper cups. I'd like to take him somewhere he can pick a couple of small pots, a packet of seeds and maybe one easy plant, without us being sold a whole balcony makeover. Anywhere on the Mehdipatnam, Tolichowki or Attapur side that's fine with small kids wandering about? His 2 year old sister will come along too, so ideally not a place with rows of breakable pots at her height.
