Schools Uppal, Hyderabad Gowtham Model Schools

Partner's office may move towards Uppal. What is the junior section like at Gowtham Model Schools there?

My partner's office may move out towards Uppal next year, and we're trying to work out whether moving closer from Somajiguda would make sense once our daughter is old enough for nursery. She's two now. Gowtham Model Schools in Uppal came up. It's State Board. I couldn't find clearly which class that branch starts from. Does anyone know if they have nursery, and what the day is like for the little ones?

I have no direct experience of the Uppal branch, so please treat this as general. Schools with several branches under one name often differ a good deal from branch to branch, both in which classes they run and in how the junior section is organised, so what you hear about one may not apply to another. I would phone that branch directly. One question that might help you plan: would the move happen before she is due to start nursery, or would she begin somewhere near Somajiguda first?

  If we move, it would be before. Otherwise she starts near us and stays. Will call them this week.

We're in Nacharam, a short drive from there. We looked at a few places on the Uppal side for our son and ended up going IB elsewhere, so I can't tell you anything about the classrooms. What I can say is that the morning stretch around Uppal X roads is slow. If you do move, try to live on the same side of the main road as the school. Hope the office move works out for you both
