Our 8 year old has started holiday classes for her baby brother. He sleeps through most of them

She has a whiteboard, a timetable taped to the cupboard and a stick for pointing. Shapes at 10, animal sounds at 11, reading after lunch. The student is a few months old and attends in his bouncer. Today she told me he 'never pays attention' and asked if she could give him a test. I said the syllabus might be ambitious. She has since enrolled a second student, the caregiver, who is doing noticeably better.
