Our 15 year old wants a book club with four friends, every other Sunday at our place

She has read more this summer than in the last three years together, and now she and four friends want a proper book club. They want it at our flat because it's the most central for all of them. I love the idea and I'm also wondering what it looks like after the first two meetings. For anyone whose teens ran one: did it survive the school year? Did you stay in the room, feed them and disappear, or have any say in the books? Her ammachi lives with us and will certainly want to join in, which I suspect is not what they have in mind.
