Occasional evening babysitter near Gachibowli for a 3 year old. How do people find one?

We haven't had an evening out without our daughter since she was born. Not every week, just once a month or so, for a few hours after she's asleep or close to it. Do people here use someone from their building, a daycare teacher who takes evening jobs, an agency? And what did you need to see before you were comfortable walking out of the door?
