daughter joined her brother's school for class 2 last week. admission is 'provisional' till we submit aadhaar showing our current address, deadline 30 june. hers still has my parents' address from when it was made. nearest aadhaar centres have no slots for three weeks. anyone dealt with this. will they really hold it against her
I haven't been through this myself, so this may not help. Could you give the school the appointment confirmation as proof that the update is booked? I would ask the office whether that would do until the new copy comes.
office opens at 8, will ask then. also checking if any centre gets cancellations
update. office accepted the appointment printout, gave us till end of july. she's on the bus list now

So glad that's sorted. At the school where I work, June is full of these document gaps, and an appointment slip usually covers it. Keep a copy of whatever you hand in and make a note of who you spoke to, because the office will still want the updated copy once it arrives.
