Nagarjuna Grammar High School for class 8, when she has only ever studied Hindi, not Telugu
We are in Kompally and my office is on the Gachibowli side. After two years of that drive we are seriously considering renting near Chandanagar from next April, and Nagarjuna Grammar High School came up when I looked for schools within walking distance of the flats we liked. She's at a CBSE school now, with Hindi as her second language, and we speak Hindi at home; her Telugu is limited to what she picks up from friends. My understanding is that Telugu is compulsory in State Board schools, but I don't know how that works for a child joining at class 8, or whether the school makes any arrangement for joiners. Parents there, or anyone who has enquired: what did the office tell you about this? And do they take new students into class 8 at all, or is it mostly their own children continuing?
