Lending library for a 7 year old who finishes a book a day, near Nanakramguda?

My daughter has moved on to chapter books and gets through one a day. Buying at that rate isn't sustainable and the school library can only do so much. I'm looking for a proper children's lending library within half an hour of Nanakramguda or the Financial District, open on weekends since I teach on weekdays. A corner with picture books for her 3 year old brother would be a bonus, but he can also just sit on the floor.

Check whether your gated community or a neighbouring one has a residents' library. Ours in Gopanpally started as one shelf in the clubhouse and now has a decent children's section, mostly donated. They let a few outsiders join for a small fee. Worth asking around the communities near you before driving further.

Lending, or just a reading room? Plenty of places that call themselves libraries won't let young children take books home. Ask that first, and ask how many books per card.

We take our daughter to a small children's library in Jubilee Hills most Saturdays. She's younger, so it's picture books for us, but I've seen older kids leave with stacks of chapter books. They have a story session on weekend mornings your 3 year old would probably enjoy. It's a drive from Nanakramguda, but on a Saturday morning it's manageable.

Do they let younger children borrow on their own card, or only on a parent's? My daughter is 5 and very keen on having her 'own' books.
