How many events a year need costumes or a parent on campus at Kakatiya Concept School?

We're in Tolichowki, but my daughter's grandparents live on the Ramanthapur side and already do two pickups a week, which is a long drive for them at her current school. So Kakatiya Concept School is on our list for class 3 next year, and they would be the ones going for most school events. At her present school something comes home almost every month: a costume for a dance, a Bathukamma celebration, sports day, an exhibition with a parent stall. Each one is small, but together they add up, in money and in somebody's afternoon. For current parents: roughly how many of these does a primary class have in a year, and how much notice do you get? I'm not asking for amounts, just how busy the calendar is.

Don't know this school, but our preschool is the same, something every month. What helped us was asking at admission for last year's event calendar rather than this year's plan. Schools seem happier sharing what already happened than promising what will. At least you see the shape of the year.

I'd add one question: which of those events fall in working hours? At ours most were mid-morning on weekdays, which suits grandparents and is impossible for us. I haven't checked how Kakatiya does it, though.
