How do nursery admissions work at St. Jhon High School, Habsiguda?

gentle_drum_2498

Our younger one is not yet two, so this is for a year or so from now. There's talk of shifting to the Habsiguda side next year to be nearer my partner's business, and St. Jhon has come up a few times. I'd like to understand the process at St. Jhon specifically: whether they meet the child or just the parents, when forms usually come out, and whether the nursery section is in the main building. I'm asking for experience rather than the prospectus. Second-hand impressions are welcome too, as long as you say so.

No experience of St. Jhon, so take this as general. At the nursery stage, most schools around here that say 'interaction' mean ten minutes of the child playing while someone watches, and the parents get asked about timings and who picks up. Nothing to prepare for. The thing I'd check myself is your last question. A nursery sharing corridors with class 10 boys at break time is a different place from a separate block. Chudandi once in person, during school hours if they allow it.

we're in nacharam, close by. don't know anyone with little ones there. habsiguda main road at 8.30 is slow though, worth timing the drive from wherever you'd rent at that hour before deciding

One small thing before you decide on the move. We nearly rented near a school on the other side of town for our daughter and backed out once we mapped what happens on the days I'm at a client workshop somewhere else. All our backup was where we already lived. Worth checking that your backup plan still works from Habsiguda too, not just the regular days.
