Homework app shows four missing submissions even though my son uploaded them

lagoon_river_5728

Class 8. School moved homework to an app this term. He shows me the photos in his gallery with dates, the app says "not submitted" for four assignments, and exams are next week. The teacher replies only on the app. Does anyone know if these submissions usually count towards marks, or is it just tracking?

Did he press submit after uploading, or just upload? Ours has a two-step thing. My daughter did the same on my phone in class 2.

Opened the app on his tablet after he slept. There is a second button. It sits right at the bottom, below where the screen ends on his tablet unless you scroll. So that's probably all four.

Very common. Where I teach, these are internal records and the exam marks don't depend on them, but teachers do notice the pattern. Message the teacher with the photos and dates, that usually settles it.
