Helping one of my site supervisors apply for LKG at Johnson Grammar School

A supervisor on my installation team lives in Padmarao Nagar and has his heart set on Johnson Grammar School for his daughter's LKG next year. He's asked me to help with the form when it comes out, since he isn't confident with English paperwork. I've been through admissions once, for my own daughter, at a different board and a long time ago. Does anyone know roughly when the LKG forms come out, whether there's an interaction with the child or the parents, and how parents who don't speak much English manage with the school's communication? I'd like to set his expectations properly 🙂
