He dreads school mostly because there's almost no games time. Give class 6 a fair try, or start looking now?

Nothing dramatic has happened. He just drags his feet every morning, and when I ask, it's always the same answer: one games period a week, and that gets taken for revision. We've decided to give class 6 a proper chance from June. But if nothing changes by Dasara, is a move in the middle of the year realistic for a middle-school child, or should I plan for June 2027 and stop thinking about it till then? If you moved a child this age partway through a year, how did it go?
