Twice a week we wash her hair, and twice a week it's a fight. Shampoo anywhere near her face and she's gone, arching backwards, which makes everything worse. She's not quite two. We've tried the mug from behind, a towel over her eyes, singing. The rest of bath time is fine, it's only the hair. What worked for yours? 🙂
my sister hated this too. she's 8 years younger so i remember it well. amma used to let her wash a doll's hair first with the same mug. not sure if it worked or she just grew out of it but the screaming stopped at least
We bought one of those shampoo visor caps. Worked brilliantly for two weeks 😂 then he learnt to pull it off mid-rinse. Still better than nothing.
Does she mind water poured from above? Ours did. A hand shower held low at the back of the head made it much shorter.
Yes, it's the pouring. No hand shower in that bathroom, but there's one in ours. Trying it this week.
