Does St. Michael's in Marredpally take students into Class 11 from ICSE schools?

My son is 16 and finishing Class 10 at an ICSE school this year. He wants to move to CBSE for 11 and 12, mostly because his friends are, and partly because he thinks it lines up better with entrance preparation. I'm less convinced by the reasoning, but I said we'd look. St. Michael's School in Marredpally came up when I was talking to another parent. I haven't been able to confirm from what's online whether they have senior classes or which streams they offer, so that's the first thing I'd like to know. We're in Motinagar, so it would be a longer commute than he has now. If anyone has visited or has children there, what does an ordinary day look like for the older classes? I'm less interested in results than in how the timetable and lab work are organised.

We live in West Marredpally and I pass the school most mornings, but our children are younger and at an ICSE school, so the senior classes are a blank for me. One point from living nearby: the roads around here crawl at school time, and from Motinagar that adds up. Has your son tried the route at the actual morning hour? It might change his mind, or settle it.

son in 12th, cbse. 11th is a jump whatever board he comes from. ask how many lab hours a week and whether practicals happen or get squeezed before boards. that last one I learnt late haha
