Does Panchavati School in Bowenpally run Telugu classes that children from other schools can join?

Our daughter is at an IB school where her languages are English and Hindi. She understands Telugu from home, but reads it slowly and hardly writes it at all, and at 13 she has started to mind that. Panchavati School is close to us, and as a State Board school I assume Telugu is taught there as a regular subject. I have no idea whether schools like this ever run a weekend or evening class for outside children, or whether one of their teachers might know a tutor. I would rather ask here before turning up at the office with an unusual request. If anyone has tried something similar with any State Board school nearby, I would like to hear how it went.
