do any secunderabad schools still hand out nursery forms on one day, with parents queuing from the night before

colleague says he stood in a line outside a school here from 4 am for his daughter's form. that was a while back. our son is a baby. just want to know if this is still a thing i should be mentally preparing for or a story from another time
