Daughter's name is written differently on her birth certificate and Aadhaar. Problem for admission?

Filling admission forms for my daughter (4) for next year, a couple of schools around Kokapet. Only now noticed that her birth certificate has her name as one word, while her Aadhaar splits it into first name and surname with the initial in a different place. One school's form says the name must match the birth certificate exactly. My worry is less about this year and more about board registration and a passport later, when someone decides the mismatch matters. Has anyone had a birth certificate corrected, or did the schools simply go with one version? Would like to sort it before we submit anywhere.
